DOOR PRIZES

You have two opportunities for additional exposure at the Expo:

First, you may hold a door prize raffle at your booth. When winners are drawn throughout the duration of the Expo, you may fill out the raffle winner tickets in your vendor packet and turn these into the Registration Booth. We will announce the winners in between entertainment.
Another option is to contribute tickets/gift cards to the BINGO raffle. The BINGO raffle is drawn from the completed BINGO cards of all the Expo attendees. Likewise, the winner is announcement in between entertainment and the announcer will specify, “John Doe has won ABC certificate, courtesy of your company”.

BOOTH SET-UP

Each 8’ x 10’ booth includes drape (red and black), a 8’ skirted table, 2 folding chairs, a wastebasket, and 1 identification sign. Each booth purchased comes with 2 lunch tickets.

UNLOADING/LOADING ASSISTANCE

Vendors may move-in on October 5, 3:00-6:00 p.m. Please refer to the move-in time that you indicated on your contract. There will be staff to help you unload your vehicles. We ask that you DO NOT TEAR DOWN UNTIL THE END OF THE EVENT, at which time there will be staff to help you load your vehicles.

LUNCH

	Each booth space comes with 2 lunch tickets. Additional lunch tickets can be purchased at the Expo for $8 each, although we cannot guarantee availability. If you did not order additional lunch tickets on your contract, contact Karen Elliott at (317) 508-1204.
